We normally provide a 24 hour emergency callout. Anyone who comes to your door will be DBS (formerly CRB) checked and NCFE qualified. We are a genuine local company based in Ruardean (not a national company with a fake local number that just diverts to a call centre).
We offer the full range of lock and key services as well as double glazing, UPVC door and window repairs. We work on houses, commercial premises and vehicles. If you’ve locked your keys in your car, or your house door won’t lock we can help? Need a spare or replacement car key? If you’re locked out we can get you in. We can provide duplicate and replacement car keys for many vehicles.
We do not have a call-out fee. That means if we cannot fix what we’ve been requested to do then there is no charge. We do not have hidden charges. We may need to see the door/window etc to see what parts are fitted before we can give a quote.
